i am almost 39 weeks pregnant and i have been feeling as though i have a tampon in me… what could this be…. any other stories or advice on you you should be feeling if the baby is coming welcome! :) thanks

I would guess it is the mucuc plug that keeps your amneoutic fluid from leaking before birth. It can feel like a tampon. It is there to keep your baby protected before birth as well as to help lubricate the birth canal during the actual birth.
Don’t worry, if it is the baby coming, you will KNOW it.
